Return Window
30 Days: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return.
Condition for Returns
Unopened and Unused: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with all original packaging intact.
How to Return
Contact Us: Reach out to us at [email protected] to start the return process. We’ll provide you with all the necessary details and a return order ID.
Package Your Return: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging. Include any accessories or free gifts that came with your purchase. Write the return order ID on a piece of paper and include it on the inside of the package.
Ship It Back: Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping a copy of your shipping receipt for your records. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective product or an error on our part.

If items are damaged or contaminated on arrival please contact us immediately and we will evaluate the issue and fix the issues.
