30-Day Return Window: You can return the “Still Air Box – Mycology / Mushroom Cultivation” within 30 days of receipt if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
Condition of Returns
Condition: Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, if possible. This reduces the risk of damage during transit.
Return Process
Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package: Include the item and all accessories in the original packaging. Place the RMA number prominently on the outside and inside of the package to ensure quick processing.
Ship the Item: Return the package via a traceable shipping method. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Refunds
Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
